Dutch MH17 Investigators Demand Data from Russia
Jumat, 19 Oktober 2018 18:51 WIB
TEMPO.CO , Den Haag - Dutch investigators for the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 incident demanded Russia to hand over information and data, which Russia claims to prove that a Ukrainian jet was in the vicinity of flight MH17 when it was suspectedly shot down.
Russia continue to believe that a Ukrainian fighter jet shot down MH17. On the other hand, Ukraine and Western countries blamed pro-Russian separatists armed with a Russian surface-to-air missile.
Dutch investigators, however, are yet to conclude that a particular party was to be responsible for the incident. In the report issued on September, it stated that MH17 "broke up in the air probably as the result of structural damage caused by a large number of high-velocity objects that penetrated the aircraft from outside."
