TEMPO.CO , Jakarta - Dozens of police officers and the Armed Forces (TNI) soldiers, as well as the Presidential Guards were deployed to secure the waters during cabinet announcement last night. The main priority was the passenger gate to terminal III. "Port activity was closed since the stage was setup yesterday," said one of the employees of Tanjung Priok Port.
The police also sterilized all entrances from public. Only limited bands of vehicle could pass the entrance, particularly those with high-ranking clearance. The stage looked solid, standing feets above ground as it was stacked on top of containers.
President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo was scheduled to announce his ministeries on an ocean view.
