TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - With four matches left, newly appointed caretaker of Manchester United, Ryan Giggs, will have to prove himself worthy of replacing the once-anticipated David Moyes. Giggs filled in Moyes' shoes, following a string of bad performances that culminated yesterday as the board decided to terminate Moyes' contract.

Prior to being a caretaker, Giggs was spotted to take part in a pro-licence management course at the Football Association's new facility at Saint George's Park. In an interview with the Guardian, the aging glory told his view on the notion that he will someday, and eventually, be a manager.

"I think you have got to be natural as much as you can as a manager, find your own data-style," he said. "Sparky [Mark Hughes] would go on the pitch and kick lumps out of everyone."

Giggs added that he understands that a manager will have a list of preferences when it comes to selecting players. He also agreed to Carlo Ancelotti, back in his time in Italy, who refused to sign the mighty Roberto Baggio because the player will not fit into the game scheme.

"[I will] not try and be somebody else. Different people have different characteristics," Giggs said, suggesting that he will bring a new atmosphere in Old Trafford after experiencing a gloomy season. Giggs will suit up, swapping his red jersey to a dapper suit, when the Red Devils face Norwich City in home ground Old Trafford this weekend.
