TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The director of media and public relations of the 2018 Indonesian Asian Games Organizing Committee (Inasgoc), Danny Buldansyah, said the committee was preparing its accountability reports to be submitted to the government in December 2018.
"If the accountability reports are accepted, then we will disband," he said on Monday, October 22.
Danny said the reports encompassed the committee's performance, activities and finance. The reports will be presented to President Jokowi via the Youth and Sports Ministry and other related ministries.

In Article 13 of Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2017 on the Implementation of the 2018 Asian Games, the deadline for the submission is December 31, 2018. Danny said the Inasgoc reports would be audited by the Development and Finance Comptroller (BPKP).
"If there is a revision, the reports will be delivered no later than April 2019," he said.
During the Asian Games in August, Indonesian athletes won 31 gold medals, placing the country in the fourth position in the medal tally.
