Garuda Indonesia Offers 25 Pct Ticket Discount on Customer`s Day

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesia`s flag carrier Garuda Indonesia of Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua regions will offer special services and prizes for its fliers as to celebrate National Customer`s Day on September 4.

“The special offers provided for those who make a transaction on September 4-6 in 34 branch offices,” said Garuda Indonesia Region IV vice president I Wayan Supratayasa, in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Friday, August 31.

The special prizes will be valid in each transaction at the Sales Branch Office and the official Whatsapp Business Service of Garuda Indonesia.

Wayan mentioned the prizes are ticket discount up to 20 percent, Redemption Miles discount up to 30 percent, and a shopping voucher. 

A lucky dip will also be drawn on September 10, to win a round-trip ticket to Denpasar, an upgrade Garuda Miles card to Gold/Platinum, and Business Class Experience for every minimum transaction of Rp1 million.

According to Wayan, Garuda Indonesia initiated the program to increase customers’ loyalty and provide more experiences in National Customer’s Day.
