TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Criticized by the member of Jakarta Regional Representative Council (DPRD), Deputy Governor of Jakarta Sandiaga Uno said that the One Kecamatan One Center of Entrepreneurship, or Oke Oce program, indeed is a "babble" program.
"Third, if the program is only a babble, the training is indeed like that, yes it must be a babble, if it's silent, then it’s not a babble," said Sandiaga Uno at City Hall of Jakarta, Tuesday, January 9, 2018.

Previously a member of Commission B of the House of Representatives of Jakarta Democratic Party Faction Nur Afni Sajim said One Kecamatan One Center of Entrepreneurship or Oke Oce training program was the most bizarre and babble program he had ever met.
"It’s weird, I'm confused, this is strange, and this is the weirdest training I've ever been to. In the Department of Labor (in Jakarta) I've come to the training, I train soldering, assemble and fix mobile phone, those are make sense. This training is babble. And I take control of it in West Jakarta, and even if I was not invited, I would still come, “said Nur Afni at the Jakarta Parliament building on Tuesday, January 9, 2017.
Afni told Irwandi the Head of Department of SMEs to rethink the concept. Because he assessed that there are many problems in the department of UMKM. "There are a lot of many things to think about besides Oke Oce training," said Afni. She even said that when she went to the location of Oke Oce training, the subdistrict and the village head are still confused.
"Let's not let this budget be a finding. We want the new governor to be fair without exception, making good activity, and if the SME Service does not need to do the training, tell the governor. Sir, these are our needs, we must develop the temporary location.
Training will only be given to Department of Labor or Department of Energy, "said Afni.
Afni said that the training was only a material exposure. She also criticized the 13 percent interest which is given by lenders to Oke Oce entrepreneurs. "What's the benefit of that training? The interest is 13 percent, so it is possible that entrepreneurs can lend from Bank DKI or Jamkrida with the interest rate of 13 percent, BNI 9 percent." Mr. Afni said.
Furthermore, Sandiaga Uno said as Anies Baswedan said. "Do not let the words be degraded. We should appreciate the words, because before there is work, there is a narrative and there is an idea, and the idea begins with words," said Sandiaga.
Sandiaga appreciates the input from Afni. "I think it is legitimate input, but I can see from the positive side that it is true about what has been delivered, maybe the babble means that those who are not entrepreneurs, not the one who can do mentoring. That's true, that is legitimate input, "Sandiaga said.
"But if they do the training, they have to talk, because they give examples, they give motivation. And those motivators are the good experts, intuition is usually put into words," said Sandiaga Uno about the program Oke Oce.
