TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Tax Directorate General or Tax DG is providing special service for the tax amnesty participants only on the last day of the program today, March 31.

Tax Director General Ken Dwijugiasteadi said the tax office is open for 24 hours for the tax amnesty participants who wish to complete the administrations. "If the line continues until morning, we will serve them all," he said at his office Friday, March 31, 2017.

Today, the Tax DG deploys 90 percent of its employees from the total of 39,000 people.

Ken said the payment service time will also be extended. The tax amnesty participants can process the payment at banks and reception posts until 21:00 local time.

The Tax DG also facilitates the taxpayers joining the amnesty program in Jakarta who have Taxpayer Registration Number (NPWP) registered at the tax office outside the city. The Tax DG provides four locations that can receive the tax declaration.

The locations are:

1. Tax DG central office at Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto Kav. 40-42, South Jakarta

2. Regional Tax DG office at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 56, South Jakarta Selatan

3. Special Regional Tax DG office at Building A2, 5-6th floor, Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto Kav. 40-42, South Jakarta

4. Jakarta Regional Tax office at Jalan M.I Ridwan Rais No. 5A-7, Gambir, Central Jakarta

Tax DG’s Counseling and Public Relation Director Hestu Yoga Saksama has called on the taxpayers with Jakarta NPWP to visit the registered tax offices.
