The fund for the program had been allocated in the 2015 State Budget Amendment in the amount of Rp149 billion.
The allocated fund will be used by the ministry that is led by Puan Maharani to faciliate the program's coordination and dissemination by campaigning. "For formulating the policy and campaigning, it will need about Rp130 billion, The rest will be used for development and evaluation," explained Sugihartatmo.
