Indonesia Condemns Taliban Attack on Pakistan School

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – The Indonesian government condemns the attack on Pakistani army school in Peshawar on Tuesday. 

“That inhumane action cannot be justified for any reason,” the Indonesian government stated through the Foreign Affairs Ministry on Tuesday. 

Indonesia expresses deep condolences towards the children that became victims, the people of Pakistan and the Pakistani government. 

“The Indonesian government expresses support and solidarity to the people and government of Pakistan in this tough situation,” said the Foreign Ministry. 

The attack on the school by Taliban has killed more than 126 people and wounded 122 others.
