Jero Remains Present at Ministry Office Despite Named as Suspect

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Susilo Siswoutomo, said that Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Jero Wacik can still be seen in the office, doing his daily activities. However, Susilo said that he has not met Jero because he was scheduled to attend a meeting at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC).

Moreover, Susilo said that there was no meeting scheduled today that required Jero's attendance. "[Jero] did not need to attend the meeting," he said.

As for Jero's position as the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Susilo mentioned that there is no indication on who will replace him.
