TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Take a good look before deciding to cash out an Apple's iPhone 5C, you might be mistakenly paying for an ioPhone. A Japanese manufacturer has released a knock-off version of iPhone 5C, which is called the ioPhone.
The handset resembles well with Apple's, from the curvature and right down to the colorful shells and button details. The ioPhone is an Android-based phone which has the similar 4-inch-wide screen but lower screen resolution as compared to the authentic iPhone 5C.
Another clue, ioPhone is provided with standard 2-MP camera which is unable to beat Apple's sharp 8-MP. Based on the offered specification, the ioPhone is clearly aiming for lower-class market. ioPhone is sold at around Rp1million while iPhone 5C is tagged around Rp6 million.
