TEMPO.CO, Washington - Microsoft is finally set to fulfill its promise on providing an update for the Office Web Apps. Soon, multiple users will be able to edit any kind of documents, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or Excel, at the same time, similar to Google Drive.
Endgadget reported that the update will also allow users to make changes on offline conditions. The changes will later be synchronized when the user is coming back online.
However, for PowerPoint presentation files, only 20 users are allowed to view or make chanegs to the file simultaneously. Similar to Google, Microsoft will also provides position indicator and colorful markers.
