1. Dallas Cowboy - $10.1 Billion

The Dallas Cowboy is the most valuable NFL team and the first team to cross the $10 billion valuation mark. According to the team's 2023 reports, the Dallas Cowboy generated approximately $1.2 billion in revenue, with operating income remaining at $564 million.  
The NFL team has signified its dominance by making multiple valuation histories. Forbes reported that the Dallas Cowboy was the first NFL team to be valued at $4 billion in 2015 and $5 billion in 20218. 

2. Los Angeles Rams - $7.6 Billion 

The Los Angeles Rams are the second most valuable NFL team in 2024, earning over $756 million in revenue, according to the team's 2023 reports. Stan Kroenke, Long Angeles Ram, paid $650 million to build a new practice facility for the team in Woodland Hills. The future site will also include team headquarters, restaurants, public park space, and retail.  

3. New England Patriot - $7.4 Billion 

The New England Patriot accumulated $712 million in revenue according to the team's 2023 season reports. As 2024 draws to a close, the New England Patriot ranks third with a valuation of $7.4 billion. 

Earlier this year, Belichick announced that he would be leaving the team in Juanri 2024, leaving Jerod Mayo as the next head coach. 

4. New York Giants - $7.3 Billion 

The New York Giants had $691 million in total revenue as reported by the team in the 2023 season. The team recently partnered with Crestron to digitize the Giant's draft room with video boards and tablet controllers. 

5. New York Jets - $6.9 Billion 

Owned by the Johnson family, the New York Jets are the fifth most valuable team in the NFL with a total valuation of $6.9 billion. The team's 2023 season report also stated that New York Jets accumulated $636 million in revenue. 

Since October 2023, the Jets have been in a partnership with Eleven Media, which is also known as one of the major names working with many Premier League teams. As part of the collaboration, both are aiming to build better associations with 30 to 40 businesses in the New York area. 

6. San Francisco 49ers - $6.8 Billion 

The San Francisco 49ers are one of the most valuable teams in the NFL, reaching $6.8 billion in 2024. The team generated approximately $680 million in total revenue according to its 2023 season report. Currently, the 49ers are preparing to host the 2026 Super Bowl and World Cup along with Levi's Stadium. 

7. Las Vegas Raiders - $6.7 Billion 

The Las Vegas Raiders accumulated a fairly high revenue of $779 million according to the team's 2023 season report. Despite being one of the NFL's most valuable teams, the Raiders had a rough start to the 2023 season, which led to the firing of Josh McDaniels as head coach. 

8. Philadelphia Eagles - $6.6 Billion 

Valued at $6.6 billion and with a total revenue of $650 million, the Philadelphia Eagles earned the eighth spot on the NFL's most valuable team list. The Eagles announced a partnership with TickPick as the team's official fan experience partner. This partnership will provide fans with exclusive pre-game experiences, including the opportunity to meet Eagles players two hours before kickoff. 

9. Chicago Bears - $6.4 Billion 

The first team to acquire a player from another team, the Chicago Bears generated $599 million in total revenue, according to the club's 2023 season report. Despite having only 1 Super Bowl title under their belt, the Chicago Bears are among the NFL's most valuable teams. 

10. Washington Commanders - $6.3 Billion 

The Washington Commanders earned a spot on the list of the NFL's most valuable teams with a valuation of $6.3 billion. According to the franchise's 2023 season report, the Commanders earned a total of $609 million in revenue. According to the owner's statement in August, the team plans to have a new stadium open for the 2030 NFL season. 

11. Miami Dolphins - $6.2 Billion 

Founded in 1966, the Dolphins are the only NFL team in history to have a perfect season in 1972. Today, the club is one of the NFL's most valuable teams, valued at $6.2 billion. 

12. Houston Texas - $6.1 Billion 

Houston Texas has had an amazing run that has led the team to the playoffs for the first time in four seasons. Houston's recent success can be attributed to a pair of rookie coaches, DeMeco Ryands and C.J. Stroud. The team was reported to have earned $663 in total revenue in the 2023 season. 

13. Green Bay Packers - $5.6 Billion

The Green Bay Packers are one of the NFL's most valuable teams, setting a record for revenue for the third consecutive season. The team generated a total of $654 million in revenue last year, with $335 million spent on player expenses.  

14. Denver Broncos - $5.5 Billion 

The Denver Broncos had a staggering figure of $114 million for its operating income, according to the team's 2023 season report. As of August 2024, the Broncos are valued at $5.5 billion. The team has announced Bo Nix as the starter for the 2024 season, replacing Wilson. 

15. Seattle Seahawks - $5.45 Billion 

The Seattle Seahawks accumulated a total of $600 million in revenue after the club's 2023 season. The Seahawks began play in the 1976 season and won their first championship two years later in 1978. To date, the club has won one Super Bowl title.
