7 Recommended Tourist Destinations Along the Southern Coastal Lane of Java

2 April 2024 13:52 WIB

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta The southern coastal lane of Java, abbreviated as the Pansela Lane, is used as an alternative road for travelers during homecoming season. The route stretches along 1,242 kilometers which passes from Bayah, Lebak Regency, Banten Province through Kebumen, Cilacap, Wonosari, to Pacitan, East Java. This route crosses 5 provinces on the island of Java.

This route also offers mesmerizing scenery for travelers. Along the way, travelers can also find several tourist destinations. Here are seven recommended tourist destinations along the southern coastal lane of Java.

1. Karangresik Tourism Park - Tasikmalaya

When crossing Pansela Lane, travelers can visit the Karangresik Tourism Park, which is located in the center of Tasikmalaya city. Quoted from Indonesia.go., this destination is an educational, historical, and amusement park tour. The facilities in this park include flower gardens, farmhouses, water rides, flying foxes, and others.

2. Farm House - Lembang

The next tourist spot is Farm House in West Java. This spot went viral on social media and has interesting photo spots. With the feel of a European farm, visitors can rent costumes. The most famous spot in Lembang Farm House is the Hobbit house.

3. Little Venice Flower City - Cianjur

Also in West Java, travelers can visit Little Venice. The tourist spot has a distinctive concept with European touches and buildings with European architecture. Located in Cianjur, visitors can enjoy Little Venice by riding around in a gondola.

4. Kawah Putih - Bandung

Quoted from Indonesia.travel.id, Kawah Putih or White Crater has been famous and is always crowded with tourists. Located in South Bandung, visitors can enjoy the atmosphere of a former volcano crater covered in white volcanic ash and a color-changing crater lake. Visitors can also try the Cantigi Skywalk or the bamboo bridge that goes uphill to Sunan Ibu Hill and the lakeside wooden pier for photo spots.

5. Green Canyon - Pangandaran

As the name implies, this destination offers a Green Canyon-style atmosphere. Precisely located in Pangandaran, this tourist attraction has a waterfall flanked by two hills of green rocks through a cave. Visitors can also try body rafting.

6. Kemit Forest - Cilacap

This tourist spot is on the border of Central Java. This contemporary pine forest has gone viral because of its Instagrammable atmosphere. Many decorative umbrellas are hanging from the pine trees in this forest. The Kemit Forest also offers exciting rides for families, such as swing shakers, flying fox, archery, paintball, rope walk, children's train, and many more.

7. Gemah Beach - Tulungagung

The last recommendation for travelers passing the southern coast highway is Gemah Beach. With clear blue sea water, calm waves, brown sand beaches, and pine forests surrounding the area, Gemah Beach is a crowd favorite.
