DANA Becomes Member of WEF Unicorn Community 2024

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - E-wallet provider DANA announced its participation as an elected member of the World Economic Forum's (WEF) Unicorn Community. The forum is organized by the WEF and the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.
DANA will represent Indonesia as a panelist for 'The Future of Global Fintech' PRESS CONFERENCE that will held on January 18 in Davos, Switzerland.
The conference will focus on discussing the future of financial technology globally, by involving innovative and relevant fintech industries, such as DANA.
DANA will also present its views on the results of 'The Future of Global Fintech' research to provide insight into global market trends, as well as evaluate the social impact of fintech on consumers and SMEs.
Vince Iswara, CEO and Co-Founder of DANA Indonesia said that the company will speak of the fintech industry's important role and impact in revolutionizing public finances and the business world in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
"We will also use this opportunity to share the challenges and opportunities for collaboration between the fintech industry, with the government, regulators, and the public and private sectors," Vince said in his official statement, on Tuesday, January 16.
Other panelists who will attend the conference include Bryan Zheng Zhang (executive director and co-founder, Cambridge Center for Alternative Finance, Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom), Drew Propson (head of technology and innovation in financial services, World Economic Forum), and Ernest Kwamina Yedu Addison (Governor of the Bank of Ghana). Acting as moderator of the event will be Naoko Tochibayashi (Japan Communications Lead, World Economic Forum).
