TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Traveloka is offering Year-End Sale for accommodation, transportation, and tourist attractions in various domestic and international destinations.
CEO of Transport Traveloka Iko Putera explained that this promo is ongoing from Nov. 24, 2023, to Jan. 3, 2024. Users are offered the chance to gain discounts up to 50 percent, and additional coupons up to Rp2 million.
This promo is available for transactions using Traveloka PayLater. "The momentum of the year-end holiday is a long-awaited time for travelers. Traveloka is aware of consumer's wants and needs," Iko said in a statement on Wednesday, Dec, 13.
Meanwhile, consumer enthusiasm grew twofold compared to last year's year-end holiday. Consumers also prefer in high number to reserve tickets last minute.
According to Traveloka, favorite domestic tourist destinations include Bali, Medan, Pekanbaru, Padang, Surabaya, Ambon, Sorong, Kupang, and Ternate.
Meanwhile, the favorite international destinations are Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and South Korea, Australia, Europe, and the US.
The enthusiasm to travel, Iko said spikes due to several factors, from the adequate infrastructure, best services, consumer aspirations, governmental support, and the collaboration between tourism actors.
Iko believed the Year-End Sale promo from Traveloka is able to fulfill consumers' requirements for flexible, secure, and organized year-end holiday travel plans. This promo, he said, is an exclusive collaboration between Trabeloka and its best partners in the tourism sector.
This promo involved more than 5,000 domestic and international hotel partners, more than 300 domestic and international Xperience partners, and an exclusive partnership between Traveloka and 6 renowned banking companies.
This program also attracted support from 5 domestic aviation partners, 15 international aviation partners, and 35 land transportation partners such as bus, travel, train, airport pickup, and car rent.
