Japan Travel Fair Returns with Autumn, Winter Tour Packages

16 August 2023 08:56 WIB

TEMPO.CO, JakartaThe Japan Travel Fair, organized by Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO), returns to Kota Kasablanka Mall in South Jakarta, offering autumn and winter travel packages. These two seasons are the favorites of many Indonesian tourists.

At the exhibition which is set to be held from August 25 to 27, 2023, visitors can get air tickets to Japan at exclusive prices, attractive tour packages, and travel support equipment.

Executive Director of JNTO Jakarta, Tamaki Hatakenaka, said that an amazing fall season is coming to Japan where tourists can witness the red and golden scenery across the country.

“Then shortly after, the romantic winter will come. This is the perfect time to plan a visit to Japan and create unforgettable memories with loved ones,” he said in a press conference in Jakarta, Tuesday, August 15, 2023.

Hatakenaka hoped that this second travel fair in 2023 could attract more visitors than the one held last February. “We target 5,000 transactions at the August travel fair. Tickets are usually valid for one year, but each airline has different conditions,” he said.

In addition to ticket deals and tour packages, visitors can take part in talk shows with travel bloggers, get the latest information on tourist destinations, and enjoy entertaining Japanese dance and culture.

The Japan Travel Fair will be attended by dozens of travel agencies and five airlines, namely All Nippon Airways, Cathay Pacific, Garuda Indonesia, Japan Airlines, and Philippine Airlines. Indonesian-owned lender Bank Mandiri is also participating in this exhibition, offering a range of benefits to its credit card holders.
