Second Boosters 6 Months after Third Dose

Any elderly person in Jakarta is allowed to get a fourth vaccine jab as long as their third shot was taken over six months prior—even though they don’t have their tickets shown in the PeduliLindungi app.

The Jakarta Health Office is accepting people to get their vaccines in the afternoons and evenings, in order to fast-track the overall number of third and fourth doses, focusing the target on elderly citizens and health workers.

Covid-19 vaccinations are available from Monday to Friday between 16:00 and 20:00 in 44 district health centers (puskesmas) throughout Jakarta or other provided locations.

The Jakarta Health Office provides information about evening-time vaccination services through its social media accounts, including its own Instagram account @dinkesdki and the Instagram accounts of puskesmas and hospitals.

Weekend vaccinations are also available in several Puskesmas, general hospitals, and other vaccination centers. The night-time vaccine rollout is targeting people who have not received the jabs, which are the first and second doses for children and teenagers between the ages of 6 and 18, and the third doses for people over the age of 18.
