Fuel Prices of Pertamax Turbo, Dexlite, and Pertamina Dex Increased Again

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - State-owned oil and gas giant Pertamina announced today the price increases for its three types of fuel, namely Pertamax Turbo, Dexlite, and Pertamina Dex.
“Pertamina adjusts the fuel prices in order to implement the Ministerial Decree,” as quoted from its website www.pertamina.com on Wednesday.
The regulation in question is the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministerial Decree No. 62 K/12/MEM/2020 on the basic price formula in the calculation of retail sales prices for general types of gasoline and diesel fuel channeled through public fuel filling stations.
Price increases vary by region. The price of Pertamax Turbo (RON 98) in all provinces of Java and Bali is Rp17,900, while on the islands of Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua, the price reaches Rp18,250. On the island of Sumatra, the price varies from Rp17,900 to Rp18,600.
The new price for Dexlite fuel (CN 51) is set at Rp17,800 in Java and Bali; at Rp18,150 in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua; and around Rp17,800 to Rp18,500 on the island of Sumatra.
Meanwhile, the price of Pertamina Dex (CN 53) in Java and Bali is Rp18,900; in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua reaches Rp19,250; and in Sumatra from Rp18,900 to Rp19,600.
