Westlife Returns to Jakarta for 2023 'Wild Dreams Tour'

TEMPO.CO, JakartaIrish singing band Westlife announced that it will return to Jakarta next year as part of 'The Wild Dreams Tour' live concert. The four-man group will perform at the Bung Karno Madya Stadium, in Jakarta on February 11, 2023.

"We are very excited to announce the news about The Wild Dreams Tour and to finally perform again in front of all of our fans in Jakarta, Indonesia," the group said in a press release Tempo received on Tuesday, May 24.

Members Shane, Nicky, Mark and Kian said that this concert tour would be a big celebration that brings them closer to the fans.

"We are planning some spectacular shows that will include all of our biggest hits and some special surprises."

The concert is promoted by PK Entertainment and Sound Rhythm. Westlife will be performing hit songs such as Swear It Again, Flying Without Wings, World of our Own, as well as flagship songs from their latest album, Wild Dreams.

"The scale of this tour to Jakarta is totally different from the previous ones, because we will make it at a stadium scale. So, of course the production scale and the performance will be very, very different and spectacular," Harry Sudarma, co-founder and chief operating officer of PK Entertainment, said after a press conference on Tuesday, May 24.

Westlife's The Wild Dreams Tour 2023 Jakarta concert tickets will go on sale on Saturday, 28 May 2022 at 10:00 Jakarta time. Tickets are only available for purchase via official website www.westlifeinjakarta.com and through Bank Mandiri's Livin' app.
