TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Senior Indonesian singer-songwriter Iwan Fals will once again feature Bali-based punk rock band Superman Is Dead (SID) which add the tally of times Iwan shares a stage together with the band consist of Bobi, Eka, and Jerinx.
“I admire Bobi, Eka, Jerinx. I admire their pursuit in protecting Bali Island from the threats posed by the Benoa Bay reclamation,” said Iwan Fals in SCBD area, Jakarta on Wednesday, March 13.
According to Iwan, the songs and arrangements he plans to perform together with SID will be distinctive to previous performances with Jerinx and the band, while and SID planned to perform songs written by Iwan Fals.
In the upcoming music concert to be held on March 30, 2019, at the Ecopark Ancol, Iwan Fals plans to sing 25 from his astonishing 380 song collection he wrote since 1975. The concert will also see several indie musicians perform.
The upcoming concert will take the theme of love, peace, and unity in diversity (Bhineka Tunggal Ika). Tickets for the concert range from the Red Festival tickets (Rp150,000) up to the Yellow VIP (Rp750,000).
