Jakarta One-stop Integrated Services Achieves Excellent Predicate

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Jakarta Capital Investment and One-stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) received an `excellent` category in the Role Model of Public Service Provider Awards from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform.
"Thank God, the performance of Jakarta DPMPTSP received a proud achievement from the Ministry. The award is definitely the result of hard work of all PTSP employees in providing real service for the Jakarta residents," said the head of the agency Edy Junaedi in a press release received by Tempo, on Wednesday, January 25.

Six factors were assessed for the award, namely 30 percent of policy aspect, 18 percent of human resources professionalism aspect, 15 percent of the public service information system, 15 percent of the consultation and management complaint, and 7 percent of public service innovation.
DPMPTSP Jakarta achieved the highest score compared to 34 other DPMPTSP in Indonesian provinces in the evaluation of public services. Besides Jakarta, Riau also received the excellent category. Meanwhile, three other provinces, namely DPMPTSP West Nusa Tenggara, Central Java, and South Sulawesi, received a good category.
Edy said that throughout 2017, DPMPTSP Jakarta accomplished various achievements such as contributing to the improvement of World Bank's EoDB Index that ranked 72, which was an increase of 34 rankings in the last two years.

The Jakarta administration also received the predicate of compliance (green zone) from the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (ORI) with the sample of 1,790 DPMPTSP Jakarta service products from the highest level to the administrative village.
Edy added that the result of Perception Index of Public Service Innovation from National Institute of Public Administration (LAN) has also put DPMPTSP Jakarta as the innovative public service.
