TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesian Government has delivered its deepest condolence to the former South African president and anti-apartheid warrior Nelson Mandela.
"We all sense the deepest condolence for the passing of a figure that has inspired the world, particularly developing nations, for fighting against racism, colonialism and other forms of injustice," Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa said in an official statement.
Nelson 'Madiba' Mandela passed away in Johannesburg, after suffering from a severe lung infection in the last five months. The obituary was officially delivered by South African President Jacob Zuma yesterday. He was 95.
