Bag Suspected to Contain Bomb Found in Front of ITC Depok Mall

TEMPO.CO, Depok - A bag suspected to contain a bomb was found in front of the fence of ITC Depok today. The police bomb disposal unit has been deployed to examine the bag.
A local named Rendi Wahyu said that the police stopped him when he passed through Jalan Margonda by motorcycle. He was asked to take a detour because of the finding. “People said that it contains a bomb,” he said.

Rendi did not continue his journey as traffic was halted. “The road in front of ITC from Citayam to Margonda has been closed since 10 o’clock,” he said.
Tempo observed that the bomb disposal unit was preparing an examination. In addition, the police have put up police lines and southbound Jalan Margonda in front of ITC Depok has been temporarily closed.
