TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Willem Rampangilei, the head of the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB), said that the total fund needed for post-quake rehabilitation and reconstruction in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, reached Rp8.6 trillion. This figure has increased from the previous estimate of Rp6 trillion.

"This must be verified again, because it is only a quick count," Willem said during a meeting with the DPR in Jakarta, Monday, September 10. The meeting was specifically held to discuss the mitigation and recovery efforts in the aftermath of the West Nusa Tenggara earthquake.
