1. Dehydration

As reported by Reader's Digest, coffee is proven to have many benefits for our health. However, when we consume it before the flight, it is actually able to cause the body to be dehydrated.

2. Nausea and Headache

Not only that, the second reason is a sense of nausea to headaches can also we experience when drinking coffee before the flight.

3. Heartburn and Indigestion

The third reason that can arise is to feel heartburn and exposure to digestive disorders during flight.

These symptoms can occur because the body only can digest caffeine for about 5 to 6 hours. So if you drink coffee just before a flight then these side effects could happen to you while on the plane.
