Ten Thousand Students to Welcome AAC Participants in Bandung

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Bandung Education Agency is set to deploy 10,000 students from primary school to high school/vocational school to welcome participants at the 60th Commemoration of the Asian African Conference (AAC) to be held in Bandung on April 24, 2015.
The students will stand at the side of the streets from outside Husein Sastranegara airport until the Pasteur toll road, when participants depart from and arrive at Bandung.
Each student will be asked to wave two small flags to liven up the atmosphere and the costumes to be worn by the students are their daily uniforms or their sport uniforms.
Head of Bandung Education Agency Elih Sudiapermana said that those students would stand at locations near their schools and every 50 student will be accompanied by a teacher. The students will be prepared at 7am.
The flags that will be wave by the students are Indonesian flags and flags of participating countries.
