Situated in Kakadu National Park, Jim Jim Falls is one of the top waterfalls in Australia. It is the largest and most famous in Kakadu, and the best time to visit the waterfalls is during the wet season (November–March). If you're visiting within those months, you can book a scenic flight with a local operator to admire the magnificent view from the air.

2. Horizontal Falls

For those seeking to observe an extraordinary waterfall, a visit to the Horizontal Falls in the Kimberley region of Western Australia is highly recommended. According to Delicious, these waterfalls are the work of some of the largest tidal movements in the world. Admire the beauty these waterfalls have to offer by joining a scenic flight or sea safari.

3. Dangar Falls

However, the official website of the Queensland Government warns visitors about the unpredictable water conditions in the waterfalls. The website mentions that flash flooding can occur at any time in Josephine Falls.

7. Millaa-Millaa Falls

Another waterfall in Australia that provides a breathtaking view is the Millaa-Millaa Falls. Nestled on the Waterfalls Circuit, this natural wonder plunges into a pristine waterhole in which you can immerse and cool off yourself.
