KPU Registration Affects Two Transjakarta Routes Operations

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Transportasi Jakarta is redirecting two Transjakarta routes due to the massive volume of people chaperoning the presidential and vice presidential candidate pairings who will register to the General Elections Commission (KPU) in Jl. Imam Bonjol in Central Jakarta.
Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar arrived at KPU to register as the election contestant at 08:00 a.m. local time. Meanwhile, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD is scheduled to arrive at KPU at 11:00 a.m. local time.
The two redirected Transjakarta routes are Route 4c GAS-Senayan Roundabout and Route 6A Ragunan-MH Thamrin via Kuningan. The detail is listed below:
1. TU GAS – Senayan Roundabout (4C)
From Senayan Roundabout
1. Turn right from the KPU traffic lights
2. Enter Jl. Cokroaminto
3. Turn left from the first Cokroaminto traffic lights
4. Proceed to Jl. Muhammad Yamin
5. Head straight until Jl. Agus Salim
The bus stops at KPU Bus Stop and Graha Mandiri Bus Stop will not serve passengers.
From TU Gas
1. From the Imam Bonjol Bus Stop, turn left from the first traffic lights
2. Enter Jl. Haji Agus Salim
3. From the first Agus Salim traffic lights turn right
4. Enter Jl. Moh. Yamin
5. Head straight until the first traffic lights, turn right
6. Enter Jl. Cokroaminto, first intersection turn left
7. Enter Jl. Imam Bonjol
Kartini Bus Stop will not serve passengers.
2. Ragunan – MH Thamrin via Kuningan (6A)
From MH Thamrin
1. From Ragunan head to Jl. H. Cokroaminoto
2. From the KPU traffic lights, head straight to the traffic light at Menteng
3. Proceed to turn left at Jl. Indramayu
4. Enter Jl. H. Agus Salim to the traffic light at Mandiri
5. Turn right into HI Roundabout - MH Thamrin
From Ragunan
1. From RTI to Sarinah traffic lights
2. Turn left to Jl. KH Wahid Hasyim
3. Head to Jl. Agus Salim
4. Turn right at the Menteng traffic lights
5. Proceed to Jl. HS Cokroaminoto
6. From Setiabudi head to Ragunan
MH Thamrin Bus Stop and HI Roundabout Bus Stop will not serve passengers.
