TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Transportation Ministry spokesperson Adita Irawati explained further regarding the access between transportation for LRT Jabodebek. According to Adita, Halim LRT Station will integrate with the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train (KCJB) through a skybridge.
"We will ensure first that the infrastructure of KCJB has been established before operating [the skybridge] in Halim [LRT Station]," said Adita after the inauguration of LRT Jabodebek on Monday, August 28, 2023.
Adita explained that the construction for the skybridge has been finalized. However, the operation will wait for KCJB. "That's how it is supposed to be since [the skybridge] is integrated with LRT. In the future, people going to Bandung will stop at Halim and switch to KCJB [to continue their trip]," said Adita.
