Heru Budi Welcomes ASEAN Governors, Mayors for MGMAC, AMF in Jakarta

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Acting Governor Heru Budi Hartono welcomed Governors and Mayors attending the 2023 Meeting of Governors and Mayors of ASEAN Capitals (MGMAC) and the ASEAN Mayors Forum (AMF).

The meeting of ASEAN governors and mayors is part of a series of ASEAN Summits which is slated to be held in Jakarta.

Donning a dark grey suit with a white shirt underneath, Heru Budi welcomed the delegations sans being accompanied by the Provincial Government officials. 

MGMAC and AMF are attended by more than 500 participants, including Governors and Mayors of ASEAN member countries, representatives of local government associations from ASEAN member countries, ASEAN Community Permanent Representatives, partners, and other multilateral agencies.

Other than the delegation,  Foreign Affairs Minister Retno Marsudi also attended today's meeting.
