TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin and his wife Wury Estu Handayani, along with a small entourage, flew for the Special Region of Yogyakarta on Monday, October 24. They will attend the National Santri Day Commemoration at the Prambanan Muhammadiyah Boarding School.
Using the Special Presidential Aircraft Boeing 737-400 of the Indonesian Air Force, the Vice President and his team took off from Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base in Jakarta to the Adisutjipto Air Force Base at around 08:20 local time.
According to the information received in Jakarta, Monday, upon arrival at TNI Air Force Base Adisutjipto in Yogyakarta, the Vice President will head to the Prambanan Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School to attend the 2022 National Santri Day Commemoration event, which is scheduled to start at 10:00.
Then, Ma'ruf Amin is scheduled to go to Alma Ata University in Tamantirto to deliver a national speech with the theme 'Transformative Leadership to Escort the Road to Reach a Golden Indonesia by 2045 '.
Tomorrow, on the second day of his working visit to Yogyakarta, the Vice President is scheduled to review the construction of the Yogyakarta Nahdlatul Ulama University Integrated Campus before flying back to Jakarta.
