TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning or Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto decided to open the offices of regional land affairs every Saturday and Sunday.
The weekend service will be opened in 107 land offices in the provincial capital as they receive more than 2,000 complaints on average per year.
The ministry also opened priority counters for people who are willing to manage their land affairs independently.
“I launched a land affairs service priority counter and a weekend land service,” said Hadi during the first day of the 2022 National Working Meeting at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Tuesday, July 26, 2022.
The ministry also launched a complaint hotline via WhatsApp number 0811-1068-0000. “I ask all ministry officials to serve the community well and quickly. I always warn them like that. Give the best service. If possible, ease the services,” Hadi added.
Hadi further warned the officials of the Agrarian and Spatial Planning Ministry or BPN not to commit illegal levy. He asserted that employees violating the regulations, particularly conducting such illicit practice, will be dismissed.
