Jokowi to Inspect Sorghum Factory in East Sumba

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo is scheduled to monitor a sorghum processing factory in East Sumba today, June 2, on the third day of his working visit to East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).
As published via a press release received in Jakarta, the state head will plant the grain and watch the harvest process.
The President will then head to Matawai Inpres Market to deliver social assistance, including capital aid (BMK) and cooking oil cash aid (BLT) for participants of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and traders.
In the afternoon, the President and the entourage will return to Jakarta using an RJ-85 aircraft via Umbu Mehang Kunda Airport.
Officials accompanying President Jokowi and First Lady Iriana on the flight to East Sumba Regency were Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, NTT Governor Viktor Laiskodat, Head of the Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono, Presidential Military Secretary Marshall M. Tonny Harjono, IX/Udayana Military Commander Major General Sonny Aprianto, and the East Nusa Tenggara Police Chief Inspector General Setyo Budiyanto.
