TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The government absorbed Rp11 trillion from the auction proceeds of six series of State Sharia Securities (SBSN), also known as state sukuk. The total bids that came in were Rp44.64 trillion.

"The results of this sukuk auction exceeded the indicative target of Rp10 trillion," the Finance Ministry's Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management said in a press release in Jakarta, Wednesday, June 3.

The sukuk series are SPNS03122021, PBS027, PBS017, PBS30, PBS028, and the PBS029.

In this auction, the government also issued two state sukuk via private placement. The government issued Rp2 trillion of the PBS026 and Rp1 trillion for the PBS003.

With the results of this auction, the realization of the issuance of state sukuk until January-June 2021 has reached Rp123.94 trillion.
