TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Minister of State Owned Enterprises (SOE) Rini Soemarno has spoken about the reason behind the changes of state airliner Garuda Indonesia`s board of directors. According to Rini, it was a reasonable arrangement.

“Yes, that’s a reasonable condition,” said Rini in Jakarta, Wednesday, September 12.
