TEMPO.CO, Washington - Singer Chris Brown was arrested in Washington DC for assaulting a man. ABC News reported that Brown was involved in an argument with a man outside a Hotel in Pennsylvania Avenue, at 04.30 AM local time. Brown, along with his entourage, then started beating the man. Police officers declared that Brown was not under the influence of any chemicals during the assault.
Brown is currently being detained by the police before attending a trial on Monday, October 28. He was declared unillegible for parole before standing in front of the judges. Meanwhile, his victim is being treated at a hospital at Washington.
The arrest brought a devastating record for Brown, given that he is currently under probation due to similar case against Rihanna. Brown now faces the worst possibility of being sentenced with 4 years of imprisonment.
