TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Sr. Comr. Police Slamet Riyanto from the general crime unit of the Ntional Police called on the public to immediately inform the police if anyone has any information regarding two motorcycles used in the recent case of police shootings in Pondok Aren.
"The public can call the following numbers: 081563346633 or 082112278595," said Slamet at the Metro Jaya police headquarters on Tuesday, August 20.
Slamet urged anyone who has any information or happen to spot a Yamaha Mio motorcycle using a red license plate number D 6632 WD, to contact the police. The red license plate was left at the scene of the crime after the killers shot two police officers.
Meanwhile, another motorcycle used in the crime was owned by a security guard with the initial S. The vehicle was hijacked by the shooter and used to flee after the murder. The motorcycle, a blue 2006 Honda Supra has a regular license plate with the number B 6620 SFS.
