TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Democratic Party is planning to gather all of its cadres in a National Working Meeting, locally known as Rakernas, in Sahid Hotel this Saturday, June 29.

Democratic Party Executive Achsanul Qosasi said the meeting would discuss strategies to win the election. The cadres will be briefed after the final list of legislative candidates is published. Issues like the party’s relations with its coalition partners will also be addressed in the meeting.

"It is normal if SBY wants to discuss things with the regional cadres since he is the chairman and it is as well okay for us to ask for his opinion on our relation with the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS)," Achsanul said in Senayan parliamentary complex, Wednesday, June 26.

He further said the Democratic Party will not ask PKS to leave the coalition. It will maintain a good relation with PKS.
