Uniqlo and ITB Open Internship Scholarship in Japan

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) has opened a scholarship for internship students in Japan. The scholarship is a collaboration with Uniqlo or PT Fast Retailing Indonesia.

This scholarship is specifically for undergraduate students, especially in the 5th and 7th semester at ITB. The registration deadline is no later than July 31, 2024. Uniqlo is a Japanese company engaged in selling casual clothing, including in Indonesia. 

Quoted on the official ITB website, the scholarship recipients will receive tuition fees, living expenses and other benefits for one year.

In the registration page, Uniqlo said, “Come learn with us and continue to bring joy and happiness to people around the world in wearing really nice clothes that embody our company philosophy.”

Requirements:

1. Active student of Bandung Institute of Technology

2. Minimum GPA of 3.00 attached with transcript signed by Head of Study Program

3. Minimum 5th semester for SBM students and minimum 7th semester for other majors.

4. Actively participate in organizational activities, both on and off campus.

5. Not currently receiving other scholarships

6. Proficient in English
