TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries or Gaikindo will hold the Jakarta Auto Week (JAW) 2023 exhibition. The event will take place from March 10 to 19 at the Jakarta Convention Center or JCC.

The Jakarta Auto Week 2023 will carry a new concept that combines the automotive industry with lifestyle, whilst showcasing vehicles with the latest trends and a number of interesting programs.

Gaikindo chairman Yohannes Nangoi said that the Jakarta Auto Week 2023 will serve to encourage the automotive industry by expanding the market, meeting people's lifestyle needs, and creating a strong automotive market.

"With a strong market, there will be a wider opportunity to attract investors and improve the position of the Indonesian automotive industry globally," he said in an official statement received by Tempo.

Rizwan Alamsjah, Gaikindo's Chairman III and chief organizer of exhibitions, said that the automotive and lifestyle industry is a sector with segments and markets that have enormous potential.

"Gaikindo JAW 2023 will be a momentum that joins these two forces," he said.
