TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The South Jakarta District Court will hold the first trial of the murder case of Brigadier J alias Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat, which allegedly involved Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, and three other people on Monday, October 17, 2022.
In the leaked indictment that Tempo had seen, Putri knew about the crime plan and did not try to prevent it and instead supported his husband, Ferdy Sambo.
It was also said that after Ferdy conveyed the plan, he asked about the whereabouts of Brigadier J’s firearms to his aide Bharada E alias Bharada Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumio. This weapon was previously secured by his other aide Ricky Rizal Wibowo.
Richard then took the firearm with serial number H233001 secured in the dashboard of Lexus LM with the police’s license plate B 1 MAH, put it into his TUMI brand bag, and brought to the third floor through the kitchen stairs to be handed over to Ferdy.
When Richard handed over the firearm, Richard saw that Ferdy already wore black gloves. “As part of the preparations for taking the life of the victim, Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat,” as said in the leaked indictment against Putri.
Ferdy Sambo's plan to kill Brigadier J at his official residence in Duren Tiga was thus known by Putri Candrawati. “But instead of the witness Ferdy Sambo and the defendant Putri Candrawathi –who are husband and wife– remind each other to stop the evil intentions, they actually work together to follow and support Ferdy’s plan,” the indictment stated.
