Pertamina Ensures Enough Fuel Stock amid Rising Sales Volume

TEMPO.CO, Solo - The supply of fuel for Solo and its vicinity areas is sufficient, state-owned oil and gas giant Pertamina official Brasto Galih Nugroho has ensured.
“In regards to fuel stock, particularly Pertalite and Solar, we make sure it is sufficient,” said Brasto, Pertamina Patra Niaga's central java regional manager for communications and corporate social responsibility (CSR), on Thursday, September 1, 2022.
He said that the fuel inventory in the Boyolali Fuel Terminal for 90-octane fuel Pertalite amounted to 11 days and for diesel fuel, Solar, is 13 days.
Amid issues of fuel price hikes, Brasto said there had been a significant increase in fuel sales in Central Java at the end of August 2022, especially on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.
The average volume sales of Pertalite in Central Java on August 25-31, 2022, was recorded at 9,952 kiloliters per day. Meanwhile, the average figure on August 1-24 was 9,538 kiloliters per day. On August 31 alone, it was 10,744 kiloliters.
Meanwhile, the average volume sales of Solar on August 25-31 reached 5,827 kiloliters per day. On August 1-24, it amounted to 6,577 kiloliters per day, while on August 31 alone, it was 6,104 kiloliters.
The Solo Resort Police also took part in supervising the distribution of fuel at various public gas stations (SPBU) in the region. Starting Wednesday, August 31, 2022, the police deployed personnel at 24 gas stations.
