TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Head of the National Police (Polri) Internal Affairs, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo announced that Brig. Arjuna Bagas Setiawan - a traffic corps police personnel - embroiled in a violation for using a patrol car to go on a date has been transferred to the traffic HR division.
According to Sambo on Friday, October 22, 2021, officer Setiawan is currently "in the process of being disciplined soon" by the Polri internal affairs.
Setiawan's transfer order is under Warrant No. Sprin/722/X/KEP./2021 dated October 22 and signed by the head of the traffic police corp Insp. Gen. Istiono.
The traffic police's antics went viral in numerous social media platforms after photos of his patrol car interior emerged with texts implying that he and his partner, who is not a police personnel, had used the police vehicle for personal use to go on a trip to West Java's Bogor Safari Park.
