TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - During his imprisonment, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama or Ahok, writes many things about his life in the prison.
In the near future, his writing is planned to be published as a book, “he has written over 200 pages already,” said Fifi Lety, Ahok’s sister, on Wednesday, February 14.

According to Fifi, the writing contains her brother's thought during his imprisonment in Mako Brimob, Depok. Ahok wishes that his writing can be useful for others.
One of his writings is about his days in the prison and his intimacy with God. Ahok also writes about his reason to divorce Veronica Tan, "he reads a lot of God's verses," she said.
Ahok is convicted in a religious blasphemy case and was sentenced 2 years in prison by the judges since May 9, 2017.
