Wiranto's Son Dies in South Africa

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Zainul Nur Rizky, the third son of Wiranto, Chairman of People’s Conscience Party (Hanura) Chairman, Wiranto, died in South Africa on Wednesday. Wiranto said his son just got married two months ago.

“He got married on March 13 2013,” Wiranto said after a praying session in his house, Wednesday. Zainul married Salsa, daughter of an Indonesian pilot who frequently flies abroad.

Zainal suffered a high fever on Monday, and was brought to nearest hospital, but didn’t make it. He was buried in Islamic cemetery complex in LENAsiam, Johannesburg.

Wiranto said that Salsa was studying in Daarul Uloom Zakariyya Islamic University in Johannesburg with Zainal. They were planning to take a a seven-year Quran study.
