iQOO 12 Releases with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Gaming Enthusiasts

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - iQOO, a sub-brand of Vivo, released their latest smartphone iQOO 12, designed specifically for gaming enthusiasts. With the slogan 'Monster Inside', the phone comes packed with the third generation of Snapdragon 8 from Qualcomm.

The iQOO 12 was launched on Thursday, December 7, coinciding with the first anniversary of the brand's entry into the Indonesian smartphone market in Indonesia. "We continue to make bold innovations to bring change to meet the demands of Indonesian consumers," iQOO Indonesia's head of product Praditya Putra said at the launching event in Jakarta.

The iQOO 12 prioritizes performance and gaming experience with the embedded Q1 Supercomputing Chip and a combination of Cortex-A4 processors up to 3.3 GHz. The iQOO 12 is claimed to have the fastest performance speed on the planet right now.

"The Adreno 750 GPU ensures that all games can run optimally. [The phone is] also equipped with cooling technology of up to 2 degrees Celsius. This is the monster performance that we are bringing to the iQOO 12," said Praditya. The iQOO 12 is said to also have a feature for gamers with sweaty hands.

The iQOO 12 is launched to the market for a price of Rp10.99 million, available at the official iQOO store in Indonesia as well as e-commerce platforms.
