Jokowi's meeting with PM Pham creates the opportunity for Indonesia to cooperate with VinFast. In addition, Indonesian Trade Minister Zulkifli Hasan has received a visit from high-ranked officials of VinFast.
"Through this cooperation, the domestic industry will grow, and a sharp rise in electric vehicle export is guaranteed," he said. "This is an implementation of a concrete cooperation, whether within the ASEAN framework of Indoneisa-Vietnam bilateral framework."
