2. Avoid Coffee while on period
Drinking coffee when you are having menstruation will negatively affect the stomach. Caffeine can elevate cramps and increases the urine production leading to dehydration. Moreover, coffee can bring you a headache. Instead of coffee, you should drink more water during your period.
3. Consume coffee in less than 200 milligrams
Women are recommended to limit coffee intake for 200 milligrams each day. A study reveals that women who are exposed to caffeine for more than 200 milligrams a day have a higher risk of miscarriage than others who have less of that.
