Lion Air Crash Victim Identified as Italian still at RS Polri

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Kramatjati Police Hospital (RS Polri) management announced that they are waiting for the relatives to retrieve one of the Lion Air crash victims identified as Italian Andrea Manfredi on Tuesday.
“The body of the deceased is still in the RS Polri,” said Grand Commissioner Sumirat, Kramatjati Police Hospital Head of Services on Thursday, November 15.
According to Sumirat, the hospital had already informed the Italian Interpol and coordinated with the Italian Embassy in Jakarta in terms of retrieving the body.
“We don’t know whether the immediate family will retrieve him; or from the embassy or Interpol,” said Sumirat.
Andrea Manfredi’s post-mortem number is identified as 0019B.
Up to this day, the National Police’s disaster victim’s identification (DVI) team has identified 89 from the 189 passengers that were onboard the Lion Air flight JT 610 that crashed at the Tanjung Pakis waters in Karawang, West Java on October 29.
